Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce it has won the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight. The customer satisfaction measurement firm conducted monthly telephone interviews with manor residents and their families throughout 2023.

Jean Hastings, Ann Hastings and Barbara Cavallaro continue to celebrate Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in honor of their late mother Edith Marlow.

The biggest cause for celebration, however, isn’t for what the law has accomplished over the past quarter century, but rather what may come next.

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor received a certificate of recognition from Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America for reaching goals in fiscal year 2017, covering the months of July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.
