Sarah Griggs

Executive Director
Sarah was named executive director in 2005. She completed her administrator-in-training at Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in November 1999, shortly before graduating from Kansas State University. Before joining Presbyterian Manor full time in November 2000 as the human resource director, she briefly served as a marketing director at another long-term community. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from KSU, where her secondary major is gerontology with an emphasis on Long-Term Care administration, and her minor is business administration. Her current community involvement includes Rotary International of Arkansas City, Soroptimist International of Arkansas City, Leading Age Kansas and Kansas Adult Care Executives.

Cammy Boone

RN, Director of Nursing for Healthcare
Cammy was named the director of nursing in healthcare in 2009. She joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in July 2000 as a licensed practical nurse, night-shift charge nurse. She had previously worked in the food service industry. Cammy is a registered nurse and holds an associate’s degree in applied science from Butler Community College, which she received in 2003. After completing her RN degree, Cammy transitioned to MDS role and then the quality assurance nurse role both in healthcare.

Anna Robinson

RN, Director of Assisted Living & Home Health
Anna was named the Director of Assisted Living & Home Health in 2018. She started as a CNA in 2000 and received her licensed practical nurse degree in 2003. She worked at Presbyterian Manor until 2005 when she relocated with family. Anna returned to Arkansas City and the Manor family in 2010. Anna is a registered nurse and holds an associate’s degree in applied science from Northern Oklahoma College, which she received in 2016. Her experience spans Long-Term Care, home health and urgent care.

Whitley Stokes

Marketing Director
Whitley joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in October 2020. She has ten years of experience in direct sales and leadership, most recently a sales consultant for US Cellular for 8 years. Whitley has a bachelor’s of business administration in business management from Friends University.

Stacy Pike

Human Resource Director
Stacy was named human resource director at Presbyterian Manor in 2018. She started at Presbyterian Manor in 2007, working as a certified nurse aide, medication aide and home health aide. Stacy transitioned to the full-time administrative assistant in 2010. Prior to coming to Presbyterian Manor, Stacy was the office manager at Ark City Chiropractic for five years.

Joyce Kisner

Director of Social Services (Healthcare)
Joyce joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in July 2007 as social services director. She had served the previous nine years in a variety of social service roles with the Cowley County Council on Aging. Her previous experience also includes two years as a social worker at another long-term care community. Joyce has a bachelor’s of social work degree from Southwestern College and is licensed in social work.

Lori Peters

Life Enrichment Director & Social Services Director
Lori joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in July 2004. She brought to her position nearly a decade of experience as a family therapist with community and family service providers in Winfield and Wichita; and currently serves as Activity Director & Social Services Director for Assisted and Independent Living. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from University of Kansas, and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Southwestern College. Lori is a licensed social worker and has been certified in Advanced Dementia Care through the Alzheimer’s Association, Trainer for Behavioral Based Ergonomic Therapy, Anger Replacement Training and Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting by the Child Welfare Institute.

Julie McCoy

Dining Services Director
Julie was named the Dining Services Director in 2009. She joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in May 1998 as a dining services aide and soon after completed her training as a cook. Previous experience includes eight years as trainer/lead operator for Casco Plastic Co. in Winfield, and four years in the billing department at Rodeo Meat Packing Co. Julie became the Dining Services Assistant and received her dietary manager and food protection professional (CDM, CFPP) certifications in 2002.

Sheila Riedl

Accounting Assistant
Sheila joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in May 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a major in accounting, from Wichita State University. She has worked in accounting since 1990.

Bethany Tackett

Administrative Assistant
Bethany joined Presbyterian Manor in September 2019. She previously worked in cosmetology and retail store management. She most recently worked at the Ark City Clinic. She has an associate’s of applied science degree and a cosmetology certification.
