Resident and family surveys earn Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor customer service award

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce it has won the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight.

The customer satisfaction measurement firm conducted monthly telephone interviews with manor residents and their families throughout 2023. Qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award means that Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

“The Customer Experience Awards are a great honor for our team because they’re earned based on the word of our residents and their families,” said Gini Myers, executive director. “We’re proud to see the trust our residents have in our ability to serve them well.”

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor has served Cowley County since 1978 with independent and assisted living, long-term care, memory care, and short-term rehabilitation.
