CNA Haleigh Howcroft finds that teamwork makes the dream work

Four years ago this August, Haleigh Howcroft joined the staff at the Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor as a dining services aide and has experienced growth since then in more ways than one.

“I grew to love the people around me, the residents and I wanted to do more,” said Haleigh.

After working as a dining services aide for a couple of years, Haleigh was ready to grow her career and worked to pursue her CNA so she could do more for the people she loved. “I could provide a lot more care.”

Another big reason Haleigh enjoys her job are the people she works with every day. “The people and the teamwork that we have whenever I come to work is nice. It’s a nice change,” said Haleigh.

In her free time, Haleigh enjoys spending lots of time with her six-year-old son including hunting morel mushrooms when they’re in season. She also likes to work on her photography.
