Since the beginning of time, creative expression has brought joy to both its creators and those who experience their art. The Art is Ageless® program offers senior artists the opportunity to share and display their artwork, and reaffirms the agelessness of human creativity.This month, their works are on display at Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor.

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor has issued a call for entries for the Art is Ageless® juried exhibit to be held March 24 to 30.Entries of artistic works will be accepted from any area artist who is 65 years of age or older to exhibit and/or compete for an opportunity to be featured in the 2019 Art is Ageless calendar.

Resident Ted Doyle has been collecting lapel pins since the ‘70s.It all started with a friend of Ted Doyle’s who collected police badges. His collection inspired Ted to start one of his own – lapel pins. Ted had tried for years to find a hobby that interested him, without success. As soon as he got his first few pins, he was hooked.
