Growing our Employees

Growing our Employees

Our regional director of operations Brad Radatz shared an idea with us a few months ago. It was something another community was doing to celebrate all of the development that Presbyterian Manor had invested in its staff members.

The individuals on this wall all have grown in their roles at Presbyterian Manor through on-the-job training and educational opportunities with local colleges. Several have started out in temporary or part-time positions and have grown into leadership positions.

We invest in our staff because we want passionate, educated, highly motivated individuals working with our residents. Here are some examples of individuals who have taken advantage of the educational opportunities Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor offers.

Carlos Leyva started out as a CNA at Presbyterian Manor and became a CMA in 2018.

Cammy Boone joined Presbyterian Manor as an LPN and achieved her RN in 2003. She advanced her career through a number of positions and is now the director of nursing.
