Sarah Griggs, Executive Director
Sarah completed her administrator-in-training at Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in November 1999 shortly before graduating from Kansas State University. Before joining Presbyterian Manor full time in November 2000, she briefly served as marketing director for Medicalodge of Eureka. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from KSU, where her secondary major was gerontology with an emphasis on long-term care administration, and her minor was business administration. Her current community involvement includes Rotary International of Arkansas City; Soroptimist International of Arkansas City; Twin Rivers Developmental Supports, an organization assisting developmentally disabled individuals, where she serves on the board of directors; Leading Age Kansas; and Kansas Adult Care Executives.
Tara Clawson, Marketing Director
Tara joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in February 2014. Originally from Arkansas City, she previously worked at the Ark City Clinic, where she was most recently patient accounts manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
Cammy Boone, Health Services Director
Cammy joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in July 2000 as a licensed practical nurse, night-shift charge nurse. She had previously worked in the food service industry. Cammy is a registered nurse and holds an associate’s degree in applied science from Butler Community College. She is actively involved with youth activities both at home and in the community where she serves as a volunteer on the Arkansas City Recreation Commission, assisting with the youth softball team. She attends First United Methodist Church in Arkansas City.
Bryan Bailey, Director Environmental Services
Bryan joined Presbyterian Manor in October 2014. He previously worked as a maintenance supervisor at another senior living community, and before that he worked in commercial construction for 10 years. He served as a community leader for the Tisdale 4-H Club for five years and on the Winfield FFA Alumni for three years.
Joyce Kisner, Social Worker
Joyce joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in July 2007 as social services director. She had served the previous nine years in a variety of social service roles with the Cowley County Council on Aging. Her previous experience also includes two years as a social worker with Medicalodge Post Acute. Joyce has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Southwestern College and is licensed in social work.
Lori S. Peters, Activity Director/Social Services Director for Assisted & Independent Living
Lori joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in July 2004. She brought to her position nearly a decade of experience as a family therapist with community and family service providers in Winfield and Wichita. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from University of Kansas, and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Southwestern College. Lori is a licensed social worker and has been certified in Advanced Dementia Care through the Alzheimer’s Association, Trainer for Behavioral Based Ergonomic Therapy, Anger Replacement Training and Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting by the Child Welfare Institute.
Julie McCoy, Dining Services Director
Julie joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in May 1998 as a PRN (as needed) dining services aide. Previous experience includes eight years as trainer/lead operator for Casco Plastic Co. in Winfield, and four years in the billing department at Rodeo Meat Packing Co. Julie is a certified dietary manager and certified food protection professional (CDM, CFPP), and Dining Services Director certified.
Stacy Pike, Human Resource Director
Stacy was named human resource director at Presbyterian Manor in August 2016. She started at Presbyterian Manor in 2007. She worked as a CNA, CMA, home health aide and administrative assistant. Prior to coming to Presbyterian Manor, Stacy was the office manager at Ark City Chiropractic for five years. She received her CNA, CMA and home health certifications.
Sheila Riedl, Accounting Assistant
Sheila joined Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor in May 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a major in accounting, from Wichita State University. She has worked in accounting since 1990.
